Clare's Galleria

These are the paintings Clare put together in 2001 and 2002, which used to hang in our house in Vienna, VA. This was before we relocated back to the UK. Now they adorn our home in Andover. What you see here are much-compressed versions - each only around 14 kB. To see higher-resolution pictures, click on the link.

February 2004.

Picture 1 - "Steel Tooth". Full-resolution image (86kB).

Picture 2 - "Next Door". Full-resolution image (41kB).

Picture 3 - "Wolftrap". Full-resolution image (116kB).

This is a representation of the stage at the Wolftrap Foundation for the Performing Arts in the summer of 2002.

Picture 4 - "Screen Attack". Full-resolution image (165kB).

Clare intended this to be a representation of a computer monitor following a virus attack. I tend to think of it as the "tire-track" picture.

Picture 5 - "Freesias". Full-resolution image (92kB).

This is an early painting - think "Les Tournesols" by Van Gogh.

Picture 6 - "Flames".  Full-resolution image (80kB).

This used to adorn our fireplace in Virginia, as you can see below...
